Our pricing varies depending on the photography services you need, but our goal is to make all of our pricing as transparent as possible. Show To get you started we’ve outlined our base pricing and add-ons on our pricing page. To generate an instant-quote for event and real estate photography just click the Book Now button. Some of our services do require you to submit a quote request for more detailed pricing, however, our goal is to make the quoting process as quick and painless as possible. No deposit is required when booking a Pretty Instant photographer with the exception of our roaming photo booth, however, a credit card or PayPal account must be authorized in order to confirm your booking. Learn more about our roaming photo booth deposit.
We’ve worked hard to make the billing and payment process fair and easy for our users. Show Standard Events, Portraits, Real Estate, Sports Payment is due upon receiving your edited photo gallery, and never until you’re 100% satisfied with your photos! A credit card or PayPal account must be authorized in order to confirm your booking. We accept credit card and PayPal and all payments are securely processed by Braintree. A minimum balance of $1,000 is required for payment via check. Interactive A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remainder is due on the day of your event. If booked within 14 days of your event, payment is due in full prior to the booking. Additional details regarding the Interactive payment schedule can be provided upon request.
In order to provide the highest quality photographers we do have some minimums in place. Learn more about our booking minimums.
If you know that you will need your photographer for more time before they arrive on-site please contact us to coordinate the adjustment to your booking. Show If your booking is already staffed we will contact your photographer to request the additional time. If they are not available for the requested time we will let you know ASAP.n be provided upon request.
If your photographer is already on-site please ask them if they are available to stay longer. Show If they are available, and don’t have a conflict in their schedule, they are instructed to notify us and we will take care of updating your booking and final invoice. A pro-rated hourly rate will apply to any additional time on-site.
We make sure to match you with a qualified and professional photographer for every booking. Your photographer will be personable, professional, and friendly.
Unless otherwise requested, we will provide you with their name and contact details 36 hours before your booking. This info can also be found on the Photographer tab of your Shoot Overview in your dashboard.
We are in close communication with our photographers and will know immediately if one becomes unavailable. The on-demand aspect of our business allows us to get a replacement in time for your booking.
At this time we instruct our photographers to not accept tips on-site. If you have a concern regarding this policy we would love to hear from you and welcome your feedback.
Of course! On all of our booking and quote request forms there is a Requested Photographer field which allows you to request a specific photographer to work with you. If the date and time of your booking is not flexible we are unable to guarantee that they will be available to shoot, but we will be sure to invite them first. and will let them know that you requested to work with them. If you aren’t flexible on the date and time of the shoot they aren’t available we will then staff another one of our qualified photographers.
The final number of photos varies depending on several factors including event size, duration, attendance, etc. Our goal is to edit and deliver every good photo that is taken during your shoot, and we don’t limit you to a specific number of photos in your gallery.

By default Pretty Instant retains the copyright in all images. We do offer a buyout of copyright if necessary. Additional copyright info can be found in our terms of service.
We ask that any time a Pretty Instant photo is used publicly for editorial, promotions, or marketing, that you add a photography credit which includes the photographer’s name adjacent to the photograph.

Due to the nature of our service, we do have a cancellation and reschedule policy in place to protect our photographers. We understand - plans sometimes change, but in order for us to maintain the level of quality in our photographers we are obligated to pay our photographers for the time that they’re booked when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking please contact our Customer Support Team via live chat, phone or email.
